You may never have to go home from the bar in Wildwood. A new ordinance is being considered that would allow for 24/7 operation of bar and liquor establishments. A special meeting was held in Wildwood on Wednesday night where the public was allowed to comment. Commissioner Chip Harshaw and Mayor Gary DeMarzo supported the measure, while Commissioner Al Brannen voted against it. A second reading and public hearing on the ordinance will be heard on July 28.
