No massive break for United States Senator Robert Menendez who tried to get a dismissal of the charges relating to his corruption case. A judge ruled Monday that the 18 charges stick, and now the trial moves into the defense mode. The prosecution in the case rested after six weeks of testimony on Wednesday.
