NO DEAL…FATHER OF FOUR-YEAR-OLD WHO PULLED TRIGGER ON OTHER CHILD TO HEAD TO TRIAL

The father of a four-year-old that shot and killed a six-year-old will not take a plea bargain.  Anthony Senatore plead not guilty and will not take the seven year prison term. He is charged with keeping an unsecured firearm in his bedroom where the child was able to access it. The Toms River case is being handled by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, because members of the Senatore family has served in law enforcement in Ocean County.
