No criminal charges will be filed against the Wildwood police officers who were involved in a beach takedown involving a Philadelphia woman on Memorial Day weekend. Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland made the announcement on Tuesday; a police department internal affairs investigation continues.
