NJ SUPREME COURT TAKES UP PENSION ISSUE FOR PUBLIC WORKERS

The New Jersey Supreme Court will address a controversial issue involving the pensions for public workers.  The Court will consider if cost of living adjustments are appropriate to add to retirement benefits enjoyed by government workers.  If approved, it could add billions of dollars to the State’s expenses relating to pensions.
