A 27 year old northern New Jersey man owes $1700 in fines because he failed to use his seat belt on 11 different occassions. 27 year old Jonathan Mendoza of Bloomfield had 11 different violations for seat belt infractions and owes the court fines. For good measure, Mendoza also reportedly owes money for six different violations for driving with a suspended license.
