NJ CONGRESSMAN: I WON’T GIVE UP MY PAY DURING SHUTDOWN

I can’t afford to give up my congressional salary, I am not a millionaire.  Those words came over the weekend from New Jersey Congressman Donald Payne Jr. who told NorthJersey.com that no, he will not surrender his congressional paycheck during the government shutdown.  Payne says he is not rich, and he has triplets who are going to school.
