Democratic Congressman Albio Sires of New Jersey is quite unhappy with the President of the United States. Sires says he was disappointed to see President Barack Obama shake hands with Cuban dictator Raul Castro during a memorial service for Nelson Mandela. Sires is a Cuban-American and has been highly critical of the Castro regime in Cuba.
