A ribbon cutting will be happening for another renovated library. The Lower Cape Branch will hold a ribbon cutting for the newly renovated library on Tuesday. The Upper Cape branch had its ribbon cutting in the past couple of weeks. The library at 2600 Bayshore Rd. will be shown off on Tuesday at 2 p.m.
