Gov. Chris Christie said he and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo are talking about a new tunnel project connecting the two states. The potential Hudson Rail Tunnel is a project that both states would share in said Christie, during a campaign stop in New Hampshire. Christie said any deal, if it would be finalized, would need to meet a certain set of guidelines before he signed off on it.
