NEW TRIAL GRANTED IN “SEXTING” BASEBALL COACH CASE

There will be a new trial in a baseball coach that was convicted of sending sexual pictures to boys. The announcement came out of the state appellate court regarding the Belmar coach, Bartholomew “Bart” McInerney. He was previously sentenced to 18 years in jail. The court ruled that the instructions given to the jury were confusing.
