The Seton Hall Law School is going to release a document that will question the device used by police to determine if someone is drunk. The Star-Ledger says the report is going to be released today about the Alcotest 7110, which is the device of choice, according to a 2008 Supreme Court ruling. The law school says the device is not being independently tested and results are questionable for this reason.
