The latest polling data shows that Gov. Chris Christie is not popular with the voters of New Jersey. The newest Public Policy Poll says that 53 percent of those surveyed disapprove of the job done by Christie, while 43 percent approve. These numbers show a sharp decrease from January, when Christie had positive approval numbers from the same poll. The poll also noted that if Newark Mayor Cory Booker were to run against Christie, he would win. Christie isn’t up for election until 2013.
