New Jersey’s deaths from coronavirus have surged well past 11,000 during the holiday weekend. New figures released Sunday afternoon show 11,133 deaths from Covid-19 in the Garden State. The current case count is 154,154 throughout the pandemic. The state’s data dashboard for the event shows 48 deaths in Cape May County, many of them from long term care facilities.
