The carriers who participate in so-called Obamacare in New Jersey could be hiking their rates by more than ten percent next year. The federal government announced on Friday that new rate hikes are scheduled to go into effect on January 1st, 2016 and rate hikes are expected. Over 200,000 New Jersey residents receive health coverage under the Affordable Care Act.
