NEW JERSEY WILL ONCE AGAIN SEEK TO “RACE TO THE TOP”

A third competition is on-going to win a share of $200 million in “Race to the Top” funding. The last round had New Jersey miss out by mere points that could have been corrected by simply filling out the application properly.
