New Jersey is joining eight other states with setting up a regional fund administrator to help pay fishing interests who lose money from wind powered energy. Fishermen have loudly complained about the windmills in the ocean, saying they will greatly impact offshore fisheries. Requests for information will be solicited to represent the interests in the nine states.
