New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will still be sworn into office today, but his inauguration party on Ellis Island is not happening. The Governor’s office announced that the party is being cancelled so Christie and his staff can focus on the winter storm that will put a foot of snow on some parts of the Garden State. Both Christie and Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno will both be sworn into office this afternoon.
