NEW JERSEY SHORE TOWN CONSIDERING TOPLESS BEACCH

One of New Jersey’s more popular shore destinations is considering going topless. A new report by the Asbury Park Press says that Asbury Park’s governing body is considering the possibility of having a portion of the beach be a topless beach. A local resident put in the request, saying that woman should have the right to express themselves. City Council has promised to keep and open mind and will discuss the matter during a meeting on July 7.
