NEW JERSEY MOVING TOWARDS BANNING BESTIALITY

A bill that would make bestiality illegal advanced in Trenton on Thursday. The Senate Judiciary Committee voted on Thursday 11-0 to move a bill that would ban human sexual activity with an animal. The measure already passed the Assembly last summer. Usually these actions have been charged under animal cruelty laws, but in one case someone was not found guilty because of a lack of a firm law written on the situation.
