NEW JERSEY MAYOR DOESNT — USE WATER?

Trenton Mayor Tony Mack owns a commercial property in the city…and for the past five years, Mack’s water usage has been zero, not a single drop.  NJ.com reports that the three story brick building was used as a campaign headquarters three years ago, but for the past five years, the building has registered zero usage on its water meter.  Mack is still charged a base service fee but has not paid the bill on time.
