A federal court turned away another attempt by New Jersey to make sports gaming legal in New Jersey. A ruling 2-1 came down in the Third Circuit to turn away the case made by the state. State Senator Ray Lesniak said the state will appeal the decision. While the major sports leagues and the NCAA have joined in the lawsuit against New Jersey, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has said he would like to see a framework put together where sports gambling could be made legal.
