State lawmakers have approved a new bill this week that would make it much easier for the state to eliminate the criminal records of one million people who were arrested on marijuana-related charges. It’s still unclear if Governor Murphy will sign the measure into law. New Jersey has one of the most difficult expungement processes in the entire country.
