The State Labor Commissioner is resigning next month in order to serve on the State Parole Board. Governor Christie announced that Harold Wirths will resign in August after serving in Christie’s cabinet for the past six years. Christie credits Wirths with turning around the previously dismal employment figures in the Garden State.
