NEW JERSEY KAYAKER FOUND DEAD AFTER SEARCH

A kayaker who was lost in the Raritan Bay on Saturday has lost his life.  Police in Keansburg say Jario Esquivel-Prendas of Summit was pulled from the bay after authorities had searched for him, for hours.  The search began Saturday morning when police received reports that a kayaker was waving for some help.  He was pulled from the water two hours later, taken to a local hospital, and pronounced dead.
