Discussion in Trenton is that New Jersey could be very behind on income tax revenue. Published reports say that the Office of Legislative Service’s David Rosen is very concerned that the projected dollars will not be there. The state has to have a balanced budget and adjustments may need to be made. To this point, it is not known how much the state will be behind, but Rosen believes it will be a “significant” number.
