New Jersey’s death toll has climbed as a result of the coronavirus. Governor Phil Murphy announced Friday morning that 1,932 are now dead from the virus in the Garden State. The total caseload has increased to 54,588. However, there is some very good news. Bergen County, the first County to be seriously impacted by Covid-19, is experiencing a decline in new cases and deaths. Murphy says it’s a good early sign, but we “can’t spike a football yet”.
