NEW GAS TAX BILL CLEARS ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE EASILY

A total green light in an Assembly committee on Thursday regarding a new gasoline tax bill.  The Assembly Judiciary Committee approved a measure that would go before voters next fall.  It would ask for an amendment to the State’s constitution so all current and future gas tax revenues would be used only for transportation projects.
