Democrats in the Assembly made it official…they passed a new budget but a tax cut is on hold. Gov. Chris Christie will now get the budget and have the ability to make line item vetoes. The $31.7 million spending plan has money put away for a tax cut, but Democrats are waiting off till December to see what the revenue figures look like before going along with a plan to cut taxes.
