NEW BILL WOULD CHANGE EMPLOYEE INTERVIEWS IN NJ

A new measure in Trenton would make it illegal for a potential employer to ask you about your criminal history until a job offer is ready to be made.  The proposed bill comes up for consideration on Monday in an Assembly committee with democrats in favor of the bill, and republicans vehemently against it.  Criminal background checks during the interview process would be prohibited under this new bill.
