Legislation is being looked at in Trenton that would allow wineries to also brew malt beverages. This bill is coupled with another measure that would allow for shipment of wines out of state. New Jersey is in the top-five of wine producers and could continue to expand their business under the program. The bills are all sitting in the committees waiting for review.
