An Assembly committee voted on Thursday on a bill that would require Hurricane Sandy relief funding to go to the hardest hit towns in the state of New Jersey. The bill cleared the committee on a 4-0 vote on Thursday with two abstentions. The bill attempts to make the distribution of Hurricane Sandy relief funding more transparent.
