A hit man hired by former Cherry Hill Rabbi Fred Neulander to murder Neulander’s wife is now a free man. Len Jenoff is 68 years old and confessed to being one of the two men hired by the rabbi to kill Carol Neulander in 1995. Jenoff served ten years of a 23 year prison term. As a condition of his release, he will not have to report to a parole officer.
