Ocean Restaurants, Inc. a Wildwoods business group, is proud to announce the purchase of Neil’s Pub and Grill. The group decided to invest in Neil’s after seeing the new Downtown Wildwood services such as Dolly the free trolley, the center city overhead street lighting, and the initial steps being taken to implement the Wildwoods 2015 development plan. The new owners see this purchase of Neil’s as an opportunity to participate in that expansion of the center city restaurant, entertainment and shopping district as an exciting downtown experience for vacationers and business investors.
The owners purchased Neil’s based on a commitment by Plastic Palms Restaurant Group, LLC and that firm’s very experienced owner and restaurant manager, Jamie Mancini, to operate Neil’s as an extended season eatery. Jamie brings her knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operation gained during the twenty-five years she spent managing fine restaurants in Massachusetts to Neil’s where she will be expanding the restaurant’s operation as a place for seashore fun and fine food.
