NEIL YOUNG PROMOTED TO CITY MANAGER’S POST IN CAPE MAY

Neil Young is the new city manager in Cape May.  Young was promoted by the Cape May City Council during its meeting on May 2nd.  Young has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cape May for the past four years.
