A naked man was roughly 200 feet in the sky before being successfully talked down. Vineland Police responded to the Vineland Electric Authority. Authorities say the man was in the air for roughly two hours and eventually came down via a ladder in an smokestake that wasn’t being used. An investigation is on-going into the incident.
