MVC SOON NOT TO ACCEPT PUERTO RICO BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Puerto Rico birth certificates are soon not going to be accepted at the state’s Motor Vehicle Commission. The Jersey Journal reports that due to a scandal involving birth certificates on that island, too many counterfeits are floating around these days. Any birth certificate issued before July 1, of this year will not be accepted as of Sept. 30.
