Governor Murphy has announced an executive order that makes the dining regulations in the Garden State as clear as a muddy lake. Murphy says indoor dining is approved, but only if two walls of a restaurant are gone and at least 50 percent of the walls are down. And, that technically constitutes outdoor dining. Expect much confusion for towns trying to decipher this executive order.
