New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy says now is the time for the state to legalize marijuana, and take advantage of the revenue. Murphy told a broadcast show that legalizing pot is “incredibly smart”, and New Jersey is not inventing pot, it already exists. The State may borrow up to $10 billion just to pay its bills, and that debt will have to be paid sooner or later.
