Beaches in New Jersey will be open by Memorial Day weekend. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy told a television station Thursday that “I will be shocked” if beaches aren’t open by the holiday weekend. Murphy says there will very likely be some social distancing regulations in effect. As for businesses, Murphy says curbside service could come sooner than later for retail.
