New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy went over some of the rules and regulations facing retail businesses when they are allowed to open on June 15th. Murphy said Thursday that retail can only open to 50 percent of capacity on that date, and face coverings will be required for customers and staff. And, Murphy says physical barriers should be placed between customers and cashiers.
