A 25 year old man who was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Atlantic City this summer has been apprehended in Puerto Rico. Authorities announced the arrest of Frank Torres-Lopez who allegedly shot and killed a 42 year old man in Atlantic City in August. He has been charged with murder and weapons offenses.
