MURDER AT A HOWARD JOHNSON’S MOTEL IN ATLANTIC COUNTY

The manhunt continues today for a gunman who opened fire inside the Howard Johnson’s Hotel on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township Sunday.  Authorities say 21 year old Kaneil Harris was found dead Sunday morning in a hotel hallway, the victim of a gunshot wound.   The investigation spread to Pleasantville, where police surrounded two homes and eventually detained five people for questioning.
