MULTIPLE SHOTS FIRED IN PLEASANTVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD

Pleasantville Police are investigating a report of multiple shots fired in the city this afternoon. The Press of Atlantic City reports that police recovered about 12 shell casings in the roadway after shots were fired at noon at California Avenue and Main Street. The report said that another daytime shooting incident happened last month when a local grandmother was struck by a stray bullet inside her Franklin Boulevard home.
