MOTORISTS FACE DELAYS ON BRIDGE DUE TO FEMALE JUMPER

Traffic crawled to a halt Monday afternoon on the Delaware Memorial Bridge courtesy of a woman who was hanging from the bridge. The woman threatened to jump which brought traffic to a standstill Monday afternoon.  The deck of the bridge is about 200 feet above the water.  Last month, a woman was talked out of a suicide leap from the bridge.
