MOTORCYCLIST KILLED IN HAMILTON TWP.

A 54 year-old Fishing Creek man was struck and killed by a car Wednesday night after he struck a deer with his motorcycle. Lawrence E Leonard hit a deer with his motorcycle around 8 p.m. and traveled about 120 feet before coming to a stop.  Shortly after the incident Leonard was struck by a car driven by a 72 year-old Mays Landing man. The accident happened around 8:00 p.m. Wednesday near milepost 17 on Weymouth Road in Hamilton Township. Leonard later died at the hospital from his injuries. No charges have been filed as police continue to investigate.
