MOTOR VEHICLE STOP LEADS TO THREE ARRESTED FOR DRUG POSSESSION

A traffic stop in Lower Township resulted in three arrests. Police say the stop took place on May 29 around 11 p.m. at West Ocean and Bermuda Ave in the Villas. While investigating the stop it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle Mario Fantini 19 residing in Pennsylvania and the two occupants of the vehicle, Collin Dougherty 19, and Sean Coleman 19 also of Pennsylvania were found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically marijuana. All three were released on a summons.
