MOTOR VEHICLE STOP LEADS TO DRUG BUST

An 18-year-old was arrested for marijuana possession. Lower Township Police say they were conducting a motor vehicle stop when William C Boucher, of North Cape May, was found to be in possession of marijuana, a marijuana grinder and a scale. He was arrested on scene and transported to the Lower Township Police Department where he was charged on a criminal complaint summons with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) and Possession of drug paraphernalia. He was additionally issued motor vehicle summonses related to the investigation.
