MOTION TO DISMISS FILED IN MANCO TAX FRAUD CASE

On Friday, attorneys for Manco and Manco owners Charles and Mary Bangle filed a motion to dismiss several counts of their indictment on tax fraud. Shore News Today reports that the pre-trial motion filed by attorneys for the Bangles moved to exclude statements made during interviews with IRS agents under their Miranda and Fifth Amendment rights. The motion also seeks to dismiss many of the 30 counts of the indictment and asks the government to disclose all evidence it has gathered in the case and intends to use at trial.
