A majority of state residents support legalizing and taxing marijuana. A new poll by Rutgers-Eagleton says 58 percent support making it legal and taxing marijuana for those 21 year of age and older. The poll only found 27 percent that “strongly opposed” making weed legal. Age and political views showed differences of opinions on issues.
